Sunita heads the Commercial Business Unit of Zaid Ibrahim & Co, Johor Bahru. She has vast experience in advising foreign and local clients which include corporate entities and individuals on a wide range of issues including property investments, banking and commercial transactions. Sunita has assisted numerous foreign public listed companies in the acquisition of manufacturing and industrial property in Malaysia and has advised them with regard to the relevant approvals that are required and has assisted in preparing the documents and liaising with the various departments and with all the follow up documentation.
Sunita advises her developer clients with regard to the acquisition and sale of land banks, surrender and re-alienation processes and generally in respect of the development of township projects. Along with her team of lawyers, Sunita works with the relevant authorities to ensure that potential investors who are keen to invest in the Iskandar Development Region are properly advised and are aware of the various investment opportunities open to them
Faezah Ayub is Associate of Planning & Compliance in Iskandar Regional Development Authority. Graduated with Master Degree from Kyoto University, Japan in Urban and Environmental Engineering, she has also been an Analyst of Frost & Sullivan, a global consulting firm with experienced working with clients from various industry in Japan such as Asahi Kasei.
Currently, she is one of the Project Manager for Arts & Culture, Extreme Sports and Volunteerism of Johor International Youth Hub, an initiative by Government and IRDA to create a meshing point for social development intervention for the youth community to nurture them as an exemplary citizens in the future.
With the passion and love for Arts, Heritage and Culture, Faezah was also part-time traditional dancer for Malaysia Tourism group in Japan. As part of her portfolio in IRDA, she is also currently a team member for Johor Bahru Transformation Program, a rejuvenation and revitalization of Johor Capital, which face ‘doughnut effect’ as population moves to a new urban area in Nusajaya and other Flagships in Iskandar Malaysia.She has also joined National Government Transformation Programme for Corridor and Cities organized by PEMANDU in 2011 and actively involved in program by UNITED NATION and charity project in Indonesia for Earthquake Disaster under Kyoto International Disaster Society (KIDS).
